Terrible service experience

I regret to report a disappointing experience with the service provided. Upon arrival, I found that the establishment lacks effective customer communication skills. Recently, I brought my wife’s car in for service, only to discover that the engine cover was missing upon my return. When I inquired about this issue, the staff denied any responsibility for the missing cover. Overall, this experience has left me dissatisfied with the level of customer service provided.
