Stay Away

I would not recommend them to anyone for anything. I went to get my vehicle repaired with them as I had a clutch problem, the first time all went well, and I went back a week later as the problem persisted to get there help on the matter as my first visit was a self diagnosis as I know cars quit well due to growing up between petrol heads. Then they quoted me a large amount to drop my gearbox to see if the problem might be with the clutch them selfs. After that I got my vehicle back with a semi major service and I literally drove down the street and I could not get gears anymore. They said on e-mail they fixed it, but they didn’t as it happend again a week later and there words was they didn’t break it and told me from day 1 that this specific part was faulty and I called them on there bull nonsens as they tried to hide it from me and only telling me after I received my vehicle back. On that day the no-gear incident happend they basically left me stranded at there workshop and was not willing to take me home as I didn’t have any transport, I had to get one of my work colleagues to come and fetch me… after my last altercation with there workshop manager I decided to check if they really did the semi major service, which they did do, but I found that some of the bolts were loose on the air box and the diesel filter. My vehicle engine oil is over filled. They have putt me and my families life in danger due to there poor workmanship. They do not deserve to be a RMI accredit dealer.
