Not good people

German Car Connexion is really not the connection one would want. They quoted me using an estimate for spares of R8,000 odd from Mercedes Benz Constantia Kloof by adding their labour charge of R7000 to it. I was assured a number of times by them that they had used genuine MB parts in repairing my vehicle. Mark Lewis offered to show me the invoice from MB, but "oh sorry, it is with my bookkeeper, will email it this afternoon". Despite a follow up e mail from myself, I have not as of yet received any further communication from them. I visited both MB Constantia and Northcliff who confirmed that these parts were not purchased from them by German Car Connexion or by anyone else using my cars VIN. I would really appreciate receiving his proof as it would give me peace of mind knowing that I have genuine parts fitted. Update.......Still no proof and had to redo brakes and replace the really cheap Chinese parts they installed.
