Poor service

My car was sent to germa auto to fix a oil usage problem, I told shaun to please fix this problem, after a month I finally got my car back, well waiting for my car shaun asked me to get my exhaust clean and to let my turbo builder have a look at my turbo, I did as he asked and then when I piced my car up oil pised out the exhaust, he blamed the turbo builder I took it to the builder and after a few test (car idling without turbo) we found that its still smoking white, now shaun refuse to pay for Labour to open up the motor and have a look, he said I must bring the car to him and he will have a look, but as I told him I do not trust him, because after a month and doing everything like he asked and paying without complaining the problem isnt solved.. and I also experience a rude receptionist, I cant se how you can jist hang up on a client asking why he never gets updates and why he always must phone to find out whats what..
