I'm very disappointed in them

I'm Peter mabotje I give them my business plan to Lufuno as he was an employee there so that they can correct my mistakes when I come back to check my business plan Lufuno has resigned i found Mr Moyo and Catherine lady those werevnew employees, next time when I go there they've both resigned I found Martha told me that they don't know where is my businesses plan because they we're renovating so they said they are not promising if they will find it and they say I must pay R2000 I paid that amount on the 18 February 2015 , after they said they will draft another one for me, but i told them I don't want another one as it took me long to draft the one that they lost, then I told them that I don't want to do business with them, so I was surprised to receive summons letter from DU TOIT SWANEPOEL STEYBLN & SPRUYT , saying that Gerhard Van Der Westhuizen is their client I've already started to pay R4800 as the figure that they saying I'm owing their client and I still want my business plan I've paid a lot of plus minus money R9000 to R10000 to create the whole business plan they even send me summons letter on the 13 July 2017 they even threatened me if I don't pay R4800 they will send me to jail then I panicked I pay them every month R500 to this account ********** 16 to ***/234 this account belongs to Du TOIT SWANEPOEL STEYN & SPRUYT , my contact number is ********** 247 , alternative number contact my younger brother on ********** 358, I'll appreciate when Hello Peter can help me to get money that I paid to draft my business plan or my business plan even the money that I've started to pay them, they don't have to draft a new business plan as I know mine
