Want to debit on amount not outstanding!!!

You guys phoned me to collect on one of my accounts 1st the account has prescribed as this was 2012, 2nd there where payments made on this account the proof was forwarded to your office the e-mail used *** no feedback was received on my query that they must make sure of the amount outstanding it has been 2 weeks you want to collect on a amount not even outstanding!!!! one of your ladies phoned me asking for payments and I made it clear that until I get clarity from your client I will make payments I suggest you get your **** together and get the correct info!!!! the call was recorded you are more than welcome to listen to it!!!!
