Totally irritated

I have been receiving continuous phone calls from people at your company regarding a paid up account. What topped off yesterday was that I have 3 outstanding cash converters that I still owed.

1. This is a payday loan - how can I have more than one? 2. I have requested that you update me on ITC since I am listed 3 TIMES there for 1 Account. This is a default and I cannot get financing anywhere because of this?

This is totally unacceptable, please rectify this.
