STILL ON ITC AND TRANSUNION

In JANUARY, I settled my debt with them on behalf of Nimble Group. I was promised the judgement would be removed in 14 days but that hasn't happened even now. They claimed to have submitted documents with TransUnion to update my profile but when I followed up with TransUnion, i discovered that they hadn't sent anything from them for my account. This is after a Gerhard van der Merwe employee said they received a notification from them that my profile has been updated yet she couldn't give me proof.<br> I am still awaiting response I tried calling and no answer. This is affecting my credit report and I don't see why I am on ITC till now i sent through numerous emails to this attorney but no reply As per the new CPA act they judgement needs to be removed once debt has been settled but I don't see this happening <br> I need this to be sorted out urgently
