Poor service

What a bad service i got ,i am a client of GVDM i have been requesting my statement in regards my accounts that i have with them , they keep telling me they will send after 5min since last year December i have been experiencing bull ****. I don't know if i must carry on with them or what?? They dont even want to tell me my balance telephonically. I even called capitec to ask them for my balance they said i must contact GVDM they will assist me ,i regret making arrangements with they i feel that they are hiding something from me.
