Pathetic service by GVDM

Pathetic! My husbands Capitec account was handed over to them years ago and he paid via debit order via Gerhard Van Der Merwe attorneys. Last week we did a credit check and the account was still flagged as unpaid. We went to Capitec, spent 2 hours there and they informed us he has an outstanding amount of R2-98 which we could not pay at the branch. Yesterday he tried to call GVDM all day and they did not answer a phone so he emailed the query department as well as the persons that handled his case and no response was received. Today he was on hold for 39 minutes until his airtime ran out and was next caller for 25 min according to the automated voice. Absolutely ridiculous how much of a mission it is to pay someone 3 Rand.
