Paid up letter

Poor Service

I am Princess Lushaba, I had an account with Capitec which was handed over to Gvdm attorneys.

The Gvdm offered a settlement amount and the balance of the settlement to be deducted in my bank account in a 2 months period.

The Gvdm said I will receive the paid up letter once the last payment has been made, but now I requested for the paid up letter and I am getting no response from them once I mention my name on the phone they keep me waiting forever.

I called on the 14 June 2019 to confirm if they received the last payment and Sam Mathebula said the payment was recieved and he will email the paid up letter on the same day, but they did not send the paid up letter.
