Not Supplying Statements When Requested

Phoned them 3 times for statements of my RCS loan that I am paying with them, its been more that 24 hours and still no statements, I have given them 2 Emails to Ensure that I do receive the statements. THEY PHONE MAD FOR PAYMENTS, BUT WHEN YOU ARE PAYING AND YOU REQUEST A SIMPLE STATEMENT, THEN YOU DO NOT HEAR FROM THEM AT ALL. I WANT MY STATEMENTS!!!!
