Incorrect details

I received 3 x registered letters address to me, and my work address accusing me of defaulting on an account which i don't even have. The account is not my ID number but my name and surname and work address.<br> I requested a copy of the contract and was told it can take up to 2 weeks to get a copy?????? Really, after my information is incorrect. but very quickly to send 3 x registered letters?????<br> I cannot wait 2 weeks to get a copy of this contract, sorry not acceptable.
