im so disgusted in how they try to get money

in december 2015 i received an email with a garnishee order attached, firstly by law you cant add an old garnishee order within a 3 year period of the old one, so how they got it right to add it again i dont know. but anyway, so December i got the email from my HR staying i owe them only R1382 (that was all) , so i need need to pay R398 times 3 then the last payment will be R188.02, so last month March 25 was my last payment R188.02 , i though well okay im dont with them thank lord, BUT then Friday 15th of April i get another email, saying i owe still R364 i am like what the hell, so i call them to ask what that balance is and why it was not added the first time around, she could not answer me, firstly the manager said its sheriff fees, then i told her according to the statement its a commission fee for collecting that 188.02 i never heard so many ******** in my life . my concern is why the hell did they say balance 1382 only if they knew they adding more. they are *****
