i settled the account why are you garnishing me

My auto page cellular account was handed over to you guys . I settled the account with in September 2013.<br> to my surprise you guys think i owe you . why are u only contacting me now in 2015 and yet you garnish me . i even went to bank to find proof of payment . i email you proof of payment and you never bothered to respond to it . i received an sms from our liberty head office that you have garnished me . i dont owe you please remove it . I CANNOT pay for something that i dont owe . bad service and you are *****ing and this is *****.
