Poor service and ethics

I took my suspension to them and I was told that they would call me with the price, a week passed without a call from them. I Googled their number they again told me that they were busy with it so they would call with the price, waited for them again and they didn't call. I called them again and I was given the amount I had to pay so I drove 200 kilometers only to be told that the price doesn't include vat..
