Worst attorneys ever

I have never experienced such bad service. We were the purchasers on a property with the deal not proceeding due to financial constraints caused by Covid. The deal was cancelled in July 2020. We proceeded to query the almost R12000, to be refunded to us for the transfer duty paid, in September 2020. We received no assistance from the secretaries, conveyancers and director of the firm to obtain the amount from SARS. We eventually attended to everything that SARS required and the funds were released end of March 2021. We contacted the firm on numerous occasions with no assistance provided. A colleague assisted the conveyancer 2 weeks later (around 15 April) to have the funds released from the firm's e-account into their trust account. We kept following up on the funds as no payment has been received to date. The funds were confirmed to have been located earlier in May but the funds have still not been paid out. We have sent emails to the director and left messages for a call back with no response. I have never experienced such blatend bad service and refusal to provide feedback. We have requested proof of payment and even threatened to lodge a complaint at the Legal Practice Council but are being completely ignored.
