CLEAR THE DEBT

i was garnished by the Gerhald Van Der Merwe Attorneys and after years I found out that the consented judgement that they said i signed was forged and the court that granted it did not have a jurisdiction then eventually it was rescinded. now my problem is that the debt still appears on my itc report even though the debt has now prescribed. i wrote to them i dont know how many times with no response all i get now is calls and deductions on my bank from them. The debt is a 2010 debt it has long overdue. I WANT THEM TO CLEAR MY NAME BECAUSE I HAVE GROUND TO OPEN A ***** CASE AGAINST THEM AS I HAVE ALL THE DOCUMENTS.
