Unprofessional conduct, overcharging on style

I am thoroughly unimpressed with the staff at the Gerald Wells salon in Canal Walk. I was part of a bridal party that went to them for a trial and wedding style for our hair. They neglected to inform us what the cost would be as well as the fact that we had to wash our own hair before the actual styling. The style that I wanted was nothing like the picture that I showed the stylist. The stylists were also asking myself and the bride personal questions which I do not appreciate. Will never go back there again. A complete waste of time and money.
