Stay away from Gerald Wells Gateway!!

I booked an appointment online for my daughter who is a student, at Gerald Wells Gateway ...then had to change the appointment date telephonically ...and told their receptionist that the appointment was for my daughter for a treatment and half head of highlights and a split-end trim ...which on their online site totalled R850.00. Lo and behold, she went for her appointment and was charged for a 'cut and blow wave R450 + full head of highlights R750 + toner R350' a grand total of R1550 ! for a student !! She was told that she had to do the toner (cost unexplained) ...and later saw that it cost her R350 !!And where was the treatment ?? She was charged for a Cut ( just to get rid of split ends) and given a half head of highlights and charged for 'full head'. Absolute rip-off !!I am disgusted with Gerald Wells Gateway and will never recommend them to anyone. They effectively ripped a teen off for the bulk of her monthly spending money !!!
