I visited your gateway salon today (24/12/20). The staff were unpleasant. I was extremely unhappy with my hair appointment. When going to a reputable salon, you expect quality and I was sadly disappointed. The hairdresser clearly doesn't know how to straighten hair. Please employ better staff.
