IF YOU WANT A BAD HAIR APPOINTMENT GO TO GERALD WELLS

I visited Gerald Wells in Gateway on 13/12/2020 to have my hair colored 2 weeks later the dye started to wash out. On the 29/12/2020 I went back to Gerald Wells for them to redo my hair not even a week later the color started to come out on my towel which is the 07/01/2021 . I informed the manageress Kubeshnie that the color started washing out again. 11/01/2021 Kubeshnie boss informed her to inform me that they were not prepared to do another color if I don’t buy the Shampoo and Conditioner for R900.00 .Gerald Wells did not advise on the first consult that we need to use a different Shampoo and Conditioner. Its seems from my conversation with them that the Wella reds are defective or Wella is not a good product to use . They waited for the Wella rep to come and then provide feedback . The Wella rep then informed that the red color does this and that we must use the color shampoo . I’m sure if I had to use the box color that it wont wash out after 2 weeks. To pay R1095.00 to color my hair and go back twice due to the color washing out every time this is a total *******. They also want to put my health in jeopardy to make us go back and forth the whole time with this Covid19 I would like to know why is the owners hiding behind the Manageress ..
