Gerain properties Indeed they ruin

It's been 6 months that I requested a breakdown on my levies account. Each time they say they are working on it. I resorted to an Ombudsmen, they never attended a single seating. They will even lie to say they didn't receive an invitation. WORSE even if the order is issued to provide me with the statement, they won't hence their slogan WE RULE indeed they rule. Court order issued they didn't, enforcement order issued they didn't to prove they rule.

I feel that my human rights are being violated my rights to information, worse my personal information. My rights to choose. They are forcing me to stay in the property that I don't want anymore by not providing me with my consolidated statement.
