Non payment to Service Providers

<p>Training was conducted in March 2016 for the youth in the Media Industry. It has been 5 months no payment has been made, the only excuse given in May was that they are busy with the Audits. No company or orgranisation can be audited for 5 months its a lame excuse and a shame to Small Business Empowerment in Sout Africa!!!</p>
