Bad service

Hi I made an application for grant on the GEP since 2018 but have never heard from the till date. All the time when I call I don't find the lady responsible for me application, she's always in the meeting for 2years. My business name it Cornerstone Manufacturing pty Ltd ,reference number it 18658.
