Very poor service

I bought an inverter and battery from Geoty, along with installation. They quickly dispatched the equipment, then a few days later said that they could only do the installation in six weeks. I've sent multiple e-mails since then, and they don't even have the courtesy to respond to them. When you call them they just say that the sales team don't do installation bookings, and they can't help. So now I'm stuck with some really big, expensive boxes that I can't do anything with. Very disappointed.
