Solar from Geoty

Purchased 18 x 540w j mono panels land 2 x 7.2kw kodak inverters on the 3rd February 2022, total value of R93 153. We where informed via email our delivery would arrive on the 17th February 2022.On the 17th February 2022 I followed up with the despatch manager Andre who reassured me that it would arrive that very afternoon. Nothing arrived, on the 18th February, Andre then decided to come clean and tell the truth that no delivery had been dispatched with a host of excuses why and immediately offered us a refund. We accepted the refund idea and submitted our banking details. We then where contacted by manager Albert who gave us his word the products would arrive on the 24th February 2022, we informed our client, showed them the apology email. They agreed to wait until the 24th. On the 24th February, no stock arrived. Albert's word was as good as Andre. Instead we received a R33153. 90 refund from a FNB account, with no explanation. Upon following up, the payment was made from Geoty. To date we have never received any stock and there is a R45000 balance outstanding to us. We lost our client, Albert does not take our calls and Andre does what he does best, lies to us about our balance of the refund. Switchboard screens all calls, not allowing to speak to Directors or Senior Management. Do not buy from Geoty, they are dishonest and will use your money to fund their business. Nobody takes accountability and management does not exist.
