Slow maintenance team

I guess I should be grateful, as eventually I got my dozer fixed onsite by Geoty. After numerous days of waiting for the broken dozer onsite I am able to work but Geoty needs to work on their maintenance/support team. It took them 10 days to fix a broken machine whilst I am losing production, I am expecting a compensation for my hours lost.
