Shockingly Poor Service - Order #4241

I cannot understand how a company with such poor service can exist in an economy like ours. It is next to impossible to get hold of anyone at Geoty, and when you do you can be sure that what they say and what happens is not the same. I ordered a generator from them on the 21st of April and it still hasn't been delivered. The delivery date has now changed three times, with little hope that they will actually stick to their word.

There was no indication that they didn't have stock of the item, otherwise I could have decided upfront not to buy from them. Terrible.
