Placed An Order For A Off Grid Solar Kit (Shipped To Durban For A Installation In Richmond 124 km away from our offices) Got The Kit Delivered Packed Boxes And Headed Off To The Installation In Richmond) Day One : Installed the Off Grid Inverter And Did cabling . Placed Solar panels On Roof And Looked for the Mounting Brackets I was Charged For Over R4000 (Nothing In Kit Received) Had To Pack Tools Up And Head Back for I couldn't continue the Installation without The Brackets (Had To Remove the Solar panels Off the Roof) Day Two : Purchased Brackets Somewhere Else Got To Installation , Installed the Panels , Started To Connect the panels up to find that there is only 3 pairs of connectors for the solar panels & There Are Center Pins Missing. Had to pack up once again. For I could not Finnish the Installation. Day 3 : Eventually Got The Job Done Geoty not very helpfull , Every time I contacted him he said he will phone me back (Never Did Once) They have No Clue about the products he sells and I had to phone someone else for advice.
