Poor quality products and even worse customer support

I bought 18x solar panels from them, 2 of these where not working from the beginning. I discovered this after installation and had to return them to the shop and re-install at my cost. According to Geoty the panels had loose diodes. They refunded these panels after 3 weeks struggle and they also deducted transport from the refund. Another one of these panels shattered on a sunny day after 3 months use for no apparent reason and the only response I received from them is that they do not cover shattered panels.
