Poor customer service

Bought 4 expensive Lithium batteries at Geoty. after 2 years one of the batteries is now giving problems and need a new battery. They do not come back to you and is not very helpful. Poor customer service. Not offering me a solution to the problem. Will I buy from them again: NO
