Poor After sales

Bought inverter from them, they delivered on time but 4 weeks later i started having problems with the product. The first time it was tested, it dont work properly and total useless for the purpose.

Took it back but the very rude staff said they will test and repair BUT refused to refund.

As per the MANY complaints found online, they just dont answer emails or whatsapp messages and staff have a ***** the customer attitude when communicating issues with them
