Payment made with no products or refund
I purchased 14 solar panels online from Geoty at a cost of R43,556.00. They missed the first delivery date and asked to postpone for a week. They then missed the second delivery date. After numerous attempts to get hold of anyone at the company, Andre eventually got back to me. He apologised profusely and said they had issues with the shipment. I then asked for a refund to which they agreed. Andre and their finance team said the money would reflect in my account within 2 or 3 business days. It's now a month later and still I don't have my money and no one is answering phone calls, emails or WhatsApp messages. Be very careful.

09 May 2022, 17:17Thanks for the feedback, but in all honesty, I have received numerous empty promises and my fear is, this is just another one of them. I will believe it when I see the refund money plus compensation reflecting in my bank account and I will gladly post an update of that fact on this thread when that happens. And for the record, I have not heard from anyone in Geoty for weeks (other than the above post) via phone call, email, Whatsapp or smoke signal for that matter, despite me following up almost on a daily basis. No-one replies to any form of contact and no consultant has spoken to me via telephone and told me I will receive my refund.

16 May 2022, 08:00UPDATE: Another week has gone by and the above commitment from Geoty has proven to be yet another empty promise. No refund, no POP, no response from them on any form of communication from my side. I strongly advise people to not do business with Geoty. They will just take your money.
