Pathetic Customer Service and be vigilant before doing business.

Terrible ordeal working with this company as it took me about a month to get my solar panels and had to make alternative plans and arrangements. No idea what customer service means. Takes forever to get hold of individuals and when you do they promise to get back to you which almost never happens and you are forced to keep on trying from your end to just try and find out what is going on. Bought 18 panels from them through another company and not on one occasion did the reasons, stories and excuses talk back to each other. Just kept on making excuses about backlog of orders, not having capacity to execute deliveries themselves, 3rd party delivery delays, truck breaking down etc. Was forced to buy panels from another company and had to pay an additional amount to obtain this. Question to them was how is it possible for you to advertise specials and you cannot supply the products. Now the company through which I bought the panels is struggling to get compensation after which on numerous occasions it was confirmed that this will happen and thus directly impacting me. Be very careful if you considering doing business with them.
