Other reviews had me concerned but great service

Many people have posted 1-star ratings and had me really concerned about Geoty's logistics. They mentioned call center staff being rude and packages not arriving. My experience was the exact opposite. The one lady was courteous over the phone. My package was delivered between 8am-5pm. I tracked it online, it set off for deliver at about 10:00 am and arrived around 14:45-15:00. I was very relieved. I work from home so was able to intercept the driver the moment he arrived.
