No Delivery or refund after my Order ?

I have ordered Solar panels from them made payment(1 Feb 2022) and received nothing - Had a call to say it will happen the next week still nothing - then I was informed that a refund will happen ,but after probably 50 calls - 10 emails nothing have happened. 6 weeks later nothing have happened ?
