No delivery nor refund for 5 months

I bought panels in January 2021 & to date i have not received the panels nor refund, their offices are closed and the only means of contact is by by phone which they make empty promises every time, i have written reviews & i was called by Andre requesting me to remove the review & that on Monday(16.05.2022) they will refund me my money, unfortunately that has not happened and the director of the company Ziphindile Ayanda Mthalane is always not available when i ask to speak tot he director.

asking consumers to remove their reviews in return for a discount or incentive.
