No Delivery, No Refund, No Communication

I ordered and paid for a generator on 25 April 2022, and promised delivery on 05 May, which was later postponed to 11 May, on that day I call a call from Andre Sangweni of Geoty to say I must apply for a refund because they cant source the good out.

They have been very quiet since then, no reply to my follow up mails, their line is not going through. Not even Ireen Sekgobela who was quick to send me the quote returns my mails

Did they close shop and and made off with our money? Am I the only one they did to?

Does anyone here know what is happening with Geoty?
