No Aftersales Service!

Ordered 2x Pylontech 4.8kw Batteries, delivered to me end of March 2021. They failed during January 2022. I then asked what I could do and was told to bring them back to them for evaluation, which I did, a day later. I was told that PYLONTECH was a good supplier and they would return them and wanted my address for them to send out replacements. So far so good. After some time I inquired as to the status of the replacements and received a curt shot email basically telling me my warranty is not ready, "HOPE TO DO BUSINESS SOON"

Very disappointed I emailed for more information and possible compromise but not heard a word since. So no, after sales service I'm afraid.
