No after sales service

I had my solar system installed by them, the service was great during the sale. After the sale, forget it, no service at all. I had an issue a few months after installation, after 2 months of calls to Geoty, they eventually explained to me I must look on the roof as the sensor may have come out. So I did and that was the problem, the sensor was not secured at all. I then a few months down the line had an error 7 code, that means no hot water, he has been on his way since October 2021 to fix it, and still waiting, even after reporting it to Geoty finance no luck at all. I eventually got an accredited Solar expert to solve the problem and was pointed out how many things of the installation was incorrect and does not comply to the standard. So guys, they might be cheaper than most, but don't expect any after sales service, ZERO that is what you will get
