Needs to improve product support

I bought a Growatt 5000TL - HVM inverter, some brackets and a battery enclosure from them. Got my delivery after 14 days. The inverter, unfortunately had a fault code and it was determined that main-board needs replacement. It was a bit frustrating, but Geoty came through and was able to fix inverter. Thank you for the service.
