Mostly good....but need to improve in some areas

Very good advice in terms of equipment and great service in terms of delivery and installation in KZN. There were some small problems with the solar panel components and installation which took 2 weeks to finally be installed. The system has been working very well to date since installation in November 2021 and I am very pleased with everything overall except that my queries regarding the Certificate of Compliance have never been answered (basically ignored) which is very disappointing against an otherwise pleasant backdrop....
