Inferior Products?

Purchased a very expensive Solar MD Battery from Geoty and within (3) months from date of purchase the unit failed. Returned the unit within the warranty period and as a consequence i have to wait 2 more weeks to honor the warranty on the product. I was also asked to pay for the courier to return the unit.
