The sales person provided guidelines on installation of a solar water heating system, I specifically questioned her regarding the circulation pump connection and the problem of overheating the geyser he stated that it should be connected to the controller supp**** after installation she backtrack and said she does not have the knowledge and they only use contractors for the installations, I asked her why she did not tell me of this limited knowledge and she was just dumbstruck and even after this they did not want to take responsibility for this, she sold this to me as a complete package and I clearly needed a relay or contact-or to switch the 12v pump. *********** sales personel!!!!!!
