Improve on delivery time

I recently decided to switch to solar with all this load shedding going on and I stumbled on Geoty, spoke to a gentleman and he was so helpful. I do not have much knowledge on solar and he assisted me thoroughly with everything I needed and explained to me how it work. I loved their customer service. However, my order took 2 weeks past the initial ETA to get delivered but everything just flowed smoothly from there.
