Give me my refund

I purchased bitumen 200L with Geoty for it to be delivered to Rustenburg,this was on the 8 of April. Finally i was told the item could not be delivered and i will get a refund,that was on the 28th of April,20days after my purchase i am told to get a refund that is still not yet communicated with me. I lost customers and i am also not getting my refund. Kindly please atleast send the money i paid. 😭😭😭😭
