Geyser Nightmare

I'm am on my 3rd attempt at installing a solar geyser as the 1st and 2nd were nightmares. I shared this with Geoty. They assured me their product was the 'best on the market'. I spent R35 000 on the solar geyser and have had nothing but trouble with it from day one. I don't get responses from emails, or when I eventually do it takes weeks for them to come out. This is possibly one of the worst service experiences I have had to date.
