Geoty not to be trusted

I bought Lithium battery and 5kva inverter 2021 December and were promised to be delivered in January and that didn't happen. I request a refund and two proof of payment were sent to me and money didn't appear in my bank account. After a lengthy follow up a fraction was refund. Till to date I've been send from pillar to post to for the balance and I'm been given excuses day after day.
