Geoty make you pay upfront for solar panels without delivering or refunding

Good day,

I have placed an order and paid for 12 solar panels already on 5 Dec 2021. Numerous delivery dates were promised with no delivery. I had no other option to cancel the order on 29 Jan 2022 and refund were promised. After numerous follow-up calls and emails I received only part of my refund. Now I am at the point were my calls are either not answered anymore and if they are answered by the reception lady, only getting a message that my call will be returned with that not happening.

Really do hope Geoty will refund me fully, so that I can try a new supplier.
